Engine controls are not working if user has multiple levers input

ILIAS TSELIOS repo owner created an issue

If the user has multiple levers, ie. 2 throttles, cannot controls the throttles separate.

    Fixed in v2.3.0. There are options in the tablet to select the preferred mode to hardware or mouse/VR.
