Plane does not update weights and balance values

Hi Ilias, first of all let me thank you for a very nice plane that looks good and flies well in XP11.

However I have found one very annoying problem with it in connection with the weight an balance settings. I am a member of FSCharter.net, a new network similar to FS Economics, that uses a plugin to distribute and record assignments. So far your version of the Avanti is the only one that refuses to update the figures in the weight and balance settings and I shall attach a few screenshots to ilustrate what I mean.

The first one shows that the plugin finds wrong data in my plane, which I then correct in the next picture. However as the next two show, these corrections are not accepted by Xplane and I can only turn in circles and will never get the correct weights into the plane to enable me to fly with it. If one starts a flight with wrong values, that flight is rejected immediately after taking off.

Perhaps you have an explanation for this behavior and a solution how to get the desired values into the airplane to let me make those flights.

I’m using custom code to control the weight and balance, that overrides XPlane’s controls. Try to use the tablet for loading, though might not be possible to set weight exactly. I will try to stole sometime from DC3 development to change it.

Thank you for your quick reply, I have avitab, but do not find anything to change those settings and in Gizmo I do not see the ACTIONS feature as you can see here

I found the trigger for the big tablet, but there still is no difference on avitab….
However I could change the number of pax from 0 to 6 plus 2 pilots and also the fuel amounts, but not payload as such… Also the plane has 9 seats in FSCharter and I can fill only 8 (6 Pax +2 Pilots) in the tablet, so I am still not able to reach the required load of 884kg plus 500kg fuel

I’ve made a quick fix, hope it works and does not create other issues.

1. Backup your existing scripts folder inside Avanti folder.
2. Download and unzip the file in the link below.
3. The new scripts folder should go inside Avanti’s folder.

If there are any other issues, post here. The passenger loading though still graphically works, has no effect. Set your values from XPlane’s UI.

Fixed with the 2.3.1.h scripts version
