PH¨P interface and call existant RPG

Hi, We have a RPG application with 5250 screens I have no RPG talent but i want to develop an interface with PHP on a Wamp. If i install XMLService, may i developp PHP interface and call RPG prg (existant) ? Without RPG modifications?
Is it easy like this?
