Former user created an issue 2015-01-18

These two are not a good combination, it really screws with Watchdog's font to the point where it's unreadable. (With SweetFX, strength of Cel Shading is 1.0) Anyway for this to be fixed?

This is unrelated to DSPW. SweetFX will affect any text that's being rendered.
