IncreaseNodeDbLimit blocks summoning

Issue #32 new

A friend and I were playing co-op just fine with DSFix 2.4 and DSPW 1.17.2 for a week or so. Then one day, before I got online, he was tweaking the configs and found IncreaseNodeDbLimit. He turned it on. I was able to summon him that night. He told me about his increased node count (I think it got up to 23), so I enabled it the next day, too. For the next 3 or 4 days, we could not summon each other. We could be summoned, but we could not summon anyone. We saw signs, and "Summoning phantom" flashed 3 times when we tried to summon. The other player never saw anything on their screen, and no names ever showed up in either DSPW UI. Eventually the summoner got "Summoning failed". He disabled it last night, as a test, and he was able to summon another player.

This happened to me too and it also affected me being invaded. I could be standing n Oolacile with 25+ nodes and new fogwalls would be going up constantly (never more than 15 seconds between them) but no successful invasions. However I did get invaded successfully twice in total of around 25 hours of playing so it doesn't block invasions completely. I wasn't able to ever summon anyone although that might be because I didn't try enough times to find that one special person who could connect to me.

Node count was high, I was able to be summoned myself and I could see messages on ground.

This feature used to work for me in January - April 2015. The only changes I can think of since then is going from Win7 to 10 and from cable connection to fiber. All other hardware is the same.
