Crash with Open Broadcasting Software

Running:

OBS Multiplatform 0.11.4 64bit edition

DSFix 2.4

DSPW 1.17.2

Dark Souls: Prepare to Die Edition (Latest Steam patch; not the dsptde 2.0 beta)

Tested: DSFix + OBS = Running

DSFix + DSPW = Running

DSFix + DSPW + OBS = Crash on bonfire loading screen or sooner

DSPW + OBS = Crash on bonfire loading screen or sooner

I think this is down to conflicting hooks into Dark Souls (but I don't know squat about programming so that's quite possibly wrong), but wasn't sure if there was some way around it if possible.
