Bitbucket stops support for Mercurial

Since Bitbucket will stop hosting Mercurial repositories, we’re gotta need either to convert to git, or move to another hosting. Or both.

I’m busy migrating some older hg to git on Bitbucket now. There’s not a great rush to migrate Inferno yet but I’ll do that in a month or two.

inferno-os-hg is the old Mercurial version, locked read-only. inferno-os is now the Git version. I’ve moved the issues across from the old repo.
