Modifiers Screen (slim) is missing SNCharacter Selection

PROBLEM:
Upon performing a clean install of the theme v1.3.0 the Player Modifiers screen (slim) is missing options for SNCharacter selection.

ENVIRONMENT:

Stepmania 5.0.12

Starlight v1.3.0

Windows 10 v1909 x64

WORKAROUND:

1. Navigate to <install dir>\StepMania 5\Save\LocalProfiles\00000000\MidflightDigital\ProfilePrefs.lua
2. Open ProfilePrefs.lua and edit the line: character= "<folder_name>" , and replace <folder_name> with the name of a folder in "<install dir>\StepMania 5\SNCharacters\"
3. Save the file and restart Stepmania.
