reporting upgrade

I tried upgrading piwik to the latest version , after the installation is done and adding the administrator account I tried adding the key to Helixware the new accounts get created successfully , but none of the users can see the dashboard with a message that the username/password is wrong.

@ahmed_elmeligy I followed the upgrade procedure #2 described here: http://piwik.org/docs/update/ and I experienced no errors.
