remove the usage of Redis

Redis was used in HelixWare to keep track of unique visitors. Since we moved to Piwik we don't need this anymore and we can remove Redis.

The new broadcasts could replace the channels, they currently have the API but not the UI.

It's not possible yet to remove Redis as it is used by the current Channels set-up in the Wowza Module.
