remove the Piwik reporting admin bar from HW

me and @midos18 was trying to remove the reporting admin bar from HW , and @midos18 told me we should add a line to the java script to remove it

1. unpack it in the plugins folder of Piwik
2. activate it
3. refresh the stylesheets by deleting the file tmp/assets/asset_manager_global_css.css from Piwik

The plugin will hide the admin bar and the website selector.
