For a number of reasons, this repo needs to be moved to GitHub. Primarily, I need help with the project due to time constraints and most developers are more familiar with GitHub than BitBucket and thus more likely to make PRs. Also, all my other projects are on GitHub, and it's just easier to have everything in one place. When this issue is marked "resolved", anybody watching this can consider the BitBucket repository officially closed.

The repository and all issues have now been imported to GitHub. This BitBucket repo is now considered closed, and will only be kept up for records.
