Import List - Text to help correctly upload a list

Issue #29 resolved
Scott Teesdale created an issue

Currently the Import List UI does not contain any language or guidance as to the restrictions placed on the upload file. For example: The file must be a .csv, it needs a unique id, and some level of admin hierarchy data. I would recommend adding some supporting text to help users avoid pitfalls here.

Example Text to Add: "To upload a list, the spreadsheet must meet several criteria. It must be formatted as a .csv, have the facility name column title "name", and have a unique identifier. It is also important that the list includes administrative region data elements (e.g., Region, Province, District, Ward, etc.) to help organize the reconciliation process. For an example list: http://is.gd/examplelist"

Not sure about this: "It is also important that the list includes administrative region data elements (e.g., Region, Province, District, Ward, etc.) to help organize the reconciliation process".

I think we need to figure out a way of making everything work without making this mandatory.

I am open to that as well. I think we want to improve the quality of the interaction when a user imports their data. Currently, it is easy for them to get blocked. What would you recommend Martin?

Added the following slight modification from Scott's version and matching the modifications to the automapping page:

"To upload a list, the spreadsheet must meet several criteria. It must be formatted as a csv, have the facility name column title "name", and have a unique identifier. It is also important that the list includes one column per administrative region data in the official hierarchy (e.g. Country, Region, Province, District, etc.)"

And added a sample csv download as well.
