New users cannot be invited to use MFL

When trying to send an invitation to an email that has no account in MFL the webapp throws an error

• Click "Invite user to collaborate"
• Fill the field "Email" with a new user email (the email doesn't exist as MFL user)
• Error Status: 422 Error Message: "The change you wanted was rejected"
