If the source list was promoted then the Promote function should be disabled

• Import a source list
• Map the source list
• Promote the source list
• Open the source list
• Press the button "Promote" again
• Expected: the button "Promote" should be disabled
• Actual: the button "Promote" is enabled and after pressing the button the following message is shown "You must start with the facilities mapping first."

Almost there ... can we remove the promote button for all source lists, once the promote action has been done for 1 list?
