New User - Confirm Account and Subsequent Re-direct - Guisso Issue

I created a new user, and was sent a confirmation email

The confirmation email asked me to click a link, which opened a tab to confirm my account

I confirmed the account, was redirected to a general Guisso Dashboard

I would have expected to be re-directed to the MFL tool to start using it

If I navigate to mfl-stg.instedd.org I am already logged into the tool

Seems to work as expected in staging as of milestone june_30.
