MFL List - Doesn't Always Refresh

I was using the search bar to look for particular values

Made several searches, data was dynamically being presented searching across source and MFL lists

I then typed Northern Zone and then back spaced to delete this data.

The MFL then didn't refresh.. said "There are no facilities in the master list."

Two things: the note should say: "No records were returned from the Master list" & The search bar doesn't seem to always kick in for all changes to text in the search box.

We didn't have a chance to deploy yesterday, so all issues labeled july_02 are still there
