"Name" or Unique ID Missing from Source .csv, User gets stuck

I created a .csv that was missing the field "name" or without the unique ID.

I tried to upload it as a source list

It was successful and brought me to the screen where ID is validated, It also gave an error: Validation cant find name or field is not unique. This is all good so far.

To rectify this issue as a user, I would want to re-upload a new list with the problem fixed. Can we add an Upload New List Button to this ID validation screen?

Otherwise a user gets stuck with a broken list that they cant do anything with.
