I created a source list that was missing values for the field with unique ID. The tool allowed the list to be imported still.

The tool does correctly identify duplicate values though.

That's RM's behavior by design. There aren't required fields, but if you define an identifier field RM will ensure there are no duplicates.

Ok, lets remove this one for the time being. I think it is alright.
