Go to Resourcemap and sign out from the App
Back to MFL
Click the link to 'Download Master Facility List'
Expected: I’m redirected to Guisso’s Sign in page.
Obtained: An Internal Server Error is thrown

Download CSV goes through MFL controller to enforce session validity. Fixes #99: Trying to download Master Facility List after signing out of Resource Map results in an Internal Server Error.
