Mirror Rotator and Lasers completely broken

Running on spigot-1.8.8

Version 1.2.2 Lasers work but Mirror Rotator doesn't work

Version 1.1.1 Lasers completely broken but Mirror Rotator doesn't work

When restarting the server, Laser emitters completely stop working and breaking them will drop stacks of Cob Webs

I tested both with the ParticleLIB plugin, same issue, one was working the other wasn't
