Blocks don't work

I installed the plugin and in the beginning everything worked but after some /reloads and restarts any of the blocks dont work. The emitter just shoots cobwebs and the others don't do anything. When i try to open the emitter it works that means doesn't open. If i replace the blocks then they start to work.
