Overview

Implemented keyboard layouts:

1. Min-nan/Hokkien/Hoklo/Taiwanese POJ:
To input "o͘" or "O͘" : type ";" followed by "o" or "O"
To input "ⁿ" : type ";" followed by "n"
To input vowels/"m"/"n" with 2nd tone : type "/" followed by the vowel/"m"/"n"
To input vowels/"m"/"n" with 3rd tone : type "`" followed by the vowel/"m"/"n"
To input vowels/"m"/"n" with 5th tone : type "[" followed by the vowel/"m"/"n"
To input vowels/"m"/"n" with 7th tone : type "=" followed by the vowel/"m"/"n"
To input vowels/"m"/"n" with 8th tone : type "'" followed by the vowel/"m"/"n"
To input vowels/"m"/"n" with 9th tone : type "]" followed by the vowel/"m"/"n"

2. Min-nan/Hokkien/Hoklo/Taiwanese TL:
To input vowels/"m"/"n" with 2nd tone : type "/" followed by the vowel/"m"/"n"
To input vowels/"m"/"n" with 3rd tone : type "`" followed by the vowel/"m"/"n"
To input vowels/"m"/"n" with 5th tone : type "[" followed by the vowel/"m"/"n"
To input vowels/"m"/"n" with 7th tone : type "=" followed by the vowel/"m"/"n"
To input vowels/"m"/"n" with 8th tone : type "'" followed by the vowel/"m"/"n"

3. Hakka PFS:
To input "ṳ" or "Ṳ" : type ";" followed by "u" or "U"
To input vowels/"m"/"n" with 1st tone : type "[" followed by the vowel/"m"/"n"
To input vowels/"m"/"n" with 2nd/6th tone : type "/" followed by the vowel/"m"/"n"
To input vowels/"m"/"n" with 5th tone : type "`" followed by the vowel/"m"/"n"
To input vowels/"m"/"n" with 8th tone : type "'" followed by the vowel/"m"/"n"

NOTE: 

1. KMFL and Mac OS X layouts are implemented using deadkeys;
2. When using ibus-table layouts, replace "=" by "-".
3. In Windows, use KMFL layouts with Ekaya* Input Method (http://my.duniakitab.com/ThanLwinSoft/ThanLwinSoft/Ekaya/)
