distance_sensor_118X

Provides an interface to the micro-epsilon optoNCDT ILR 118X laser distance sensors.

Usage Examples:

sensor = DistanceSensor('/dev/ttyUSB0', baudrate=9600) sensor.open()

value = sensor.getDistance() # Single shot measurement

# Stream data from sensor sensor.startTracking('50hz') for i in range(0,num_samples):

value = sensor.readSample(convert='float')

sensor.close()
