Fixed issue with inertial logger - note we seem to be getting error messages from the HDF5 library. Happens with hdfview as well.

Modified so that the controller gains can be changed while the system is running. Also, added a separate set of controller gains for inertial trajectory mode. The robot_control object automatically swaps the "position control" and "inertial control" gains as needed.

Fixed issue with log file plotting. Note, for some reason we seem to get one fewer actuator value the other data types in the log files. This is causing plotting issues.
