Allow user to move the simulation objects by clicking and dragging.

While testing out a code in the scribbler simulation, it would be helpful to be able to place the robot next to an obstacle, or move the obstacles around.

    Yes, that would be handy... unfortunately, some technical hurdles to do that. But let's make that out goal!
