Ovals are stretched circles

If you draw a circle onto an oval, you end up with an oval, not a circle. Squares get stretched into rectangles because the oval is just a stretched circle.

    Yes, Oval uses the cairo low-level stretch, rather than like all of the other objects. Of course, rotate uses low-level too, so we need to figure out how to do all of these operations to be consistent.
