Evaluating "input()" in IPython second time hangs

If you ask for input() the first time in notebook, no problem. The second time, Calico hangs and has to be killed.

Actually, this happens with calico --repl as well. Maybe we are killing the gui?

Yes, input is mapped to Myro.ask

On Mac I'm having trouble getting any graphics working via --repl.

Try a "git update" and see if the problem goes away... it now works for me.

Fixed by starting Gtk.Application.Run(), and then starting Server/Consoles (at least on Mac). At least this problem went away (maybe just needed a recompile on Linux).
