Fill out Google Graphics Functions

In addition to LineChart & ScatterChart, fill out other plotting functions (e.g. bar chart, column chart, pie chart, ...)

Also include support for passing float[], float[][], int [], int[][] in addition to IList<obj>. Useful for FSharp.
