New script skips first character

In a new script, when you start typing, it skips to the second spot, so if I start typing in from, it will be rfom. This only happens on the first edit.

This is Calico 3.1 on a Mac running 10.9.4. Have not tested on other platforms.

Specifically, this happens when you select into the New Script tab in the Gtk GUI and type a character. The first character typed in each New Script tab jumps back to the first character. There are a few Gtk things that happen that might cause this. Doesn't happen in the Shell tab, which uses the same underlying GUI object.

Confirmed that this happens on all platforms. Something new since upgrade to latest mono and latest Mono.TextEditor.
