Updated ikvm java dll using Mono's fork of ikvm. Fixes issue 3 & issue 4.

If we need to run code on shutdown, there was a system I had hooked up at one point where if a module had a close_module method, it would automatically call it. I don't think that is enabled currently, but we could re-add it.
