MathNet.Iridium and Microsoft.Dynamics modules missing for scheme, python, and jigsaw.

When I select the Edit -> Use a Module -> MathNet.Iridium or Microsoft.Dynamic options for scheme, python or jigsaw, I am unable to use these modules. Should these be available as options in these languages?

If so, these should be implemented. However, if these are not meant to be used in scheme, python, or jigsaw, these should not show as options in the Use a Module menu.

I think that MathNet.Iridium should be renamed to MathNet.Numerics and maybe Micosoft.Dynamics can be moved to Calico/bin.
