Allow Mac version to have local installation

Currently, you have to install the Frameworks in /Library/Frameworks/ on a Mac. It would be better to have the option of using a local folder (like we do on Windows). [See http://stackoverflow.com/questions/12145204/mono-install-on-windows-mac for hints]

The problem is that it doesn't work except in /Library/Frameworks (as far as I know). It appears that the installer is not "relocatable." But maybe a version that we config/make ourselves could be.
