VS Version/SKU: Dev15 Ent Preview 3(25428.1) OS Version/SKU: Win 8.1 PowerShell Tool Version: 3.0.375

Repro Steps: 1. Launch VS and Open REPL window(Go to View->Other Windows->PowerShell Interactive Window). 2. Input the command "netsh.exe" and press Enter. 3. Verify "Read Host" dialog will pop up. 4. Click "Cancel" button or "Close" button to exit this dialog. 5. Verify it will exit "Read Host" dialog.

Expect: "Read Host" dialog will close and we will be back to "PowerShell Interactive Window".

Actual: The dialog always pops up after you click "Cancel" button or "Close" button. No way to exit this dialog except you input "exit". Please see below readhost.png.
