Powershell: Show Windows Forms Designer

Running VS Code on Windows 10 Insider Preview Build 18875 When trying to launch the PowerShell Pro Tools command such as: "Powershell: Show Windows Forms Designer", it pops up an error on the bottom right indicating that: ".NET 4.7.2 is required to run this command."

Checking my registry: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\NET Framework Setup\NDP\v4\Full the "Version" string has a value of 4.8.03752

I am not able to install 4.7.2 when I attempt to manually download and install. The .NET installer indicates that a newer version is already installed.

4.5 no longer checks for 4.7.2 so you shouldn't encounter this error.
