Remote Debugging Issue Connecting

Note that Enter-PSSession from the PS ISE into the remote machine works fine. In VS I select Attach To Process, Powershell Tools Remote Debugging, enter the computer name and select Refresh. I get a dialog that says "Unable to connect to remote machine <machinename>. Invalid pointer".
Also tried the Find button which displays a dialog, "Error displaying the port selector dialog for this connection type. Not implemented".
