POSH Tools Pro designer cannot save with Umlaute

Former user created an issue

When creating UIs with Umlaute in it (Ä ü ö ß, etc) it will save them as encoding errors. I changed Visual Studio Code to save in Windows 1252/ANSI encoding already but the designer always encodes in UTF-8
