Slow to open PS1 file with PSScriptAnalyzer enabled

User report 15+ seconds to open PS1 with PSSA enabled. Disabling it fixed the problem.

@adam_driscoll The next future version of PSSA will have improved performance (a factor of 5 for large scripts). This was improved in PR 1074

@cbergmeister Cool! I think there is some poshtools can do to avoid hanging up the UI thread here but I'm excited to see the improvements. They sound epic!
