PowerShell tests do not appear in Test Explorer for Visual Studio Enterprise 2017

Tests contained within my .pssproj project used to appear in Test Explorer.

Within the last week this has stopped working. I have confirmed that PowerShell Tools are installed and have even tried reinstalling it but to no avail.

Visual Studio Enterprise 2017 v15.9.15
