PS Designer Error

Hello, I'm looking to buy this software but can't figure out why I continue to have errors when using the PS Designer. Using VS Studio 2019, Pro tools installed. I've created a form, bundled it, build it many times successfully however, when i double click a form control and re-build, I get numerous errors. No matter what I do from that point on, the errors remain unless I delete project and restart.
