Error when building an old project

Hi Adam,

I just modified a bit of code in an existing PS project and need to re-package it. I've not used Visual studio for a while, so it updated itself as well as POSH tools (I removed the old POSH Pro tools already - due to your changes with that) When I try to package it, I get an error "Unknown package type: Console" Which would seem to tie up to the new option "Output Type" Is this something to do with the .pssproj file missing a reference to this ?

Versions are: Microsoft Visual Studio Community 2017 Version 15.8.9 VisualStudio.15.Release/15.8.9+28010.2050

Microsoft .NET Framework Version 4.7.02556

PowerShell Tools v 4.0.18

Just to add .. I created a new very basic WinForm project and it comes up with the same error as the old project.
