PoshTools 5.0.2 on VS 2019 16.3.7 and 16.3.8 reproducibly fail to load due to exception in PowerShellTools.Telemetry. Log attached.

    I am having the same issue on startup in VS 2019 16.3.7 with a similar message in the activity log. The extension was just updated today to v5.0.2 creating the error message.
