Conflicts with GhostDoc

I'm contacting you because I believe I have discovered an odd incompatibility with SubMain's GhostDoc Pro v2019.3.19260 Visual Studio 2019 extension in VS2019 16.4.0. Earlier this week I updated PowerShell Tools to version 5.1.4, and that's when I noticed it would lock up my VS2019 whether I loaded a project or not. After nearly week's worth of troubleshooting which lead to me forcefully removing VS2019 and re-installing, I figured out that these two extensions are no longer playing well together. When either of the two are disabled, VS2019 worked fine. I have since downgraded PowerShell Tools to version 4.9.4 and they both seem to work fine again.
