The ICO's and Background Images don't work on the applications 'exe'

Hi,

I was hoping you could help clarify if Posh Tools supports ICONs and Background Images for GUI apps.

Although, I can get the ICON to work as far as viewing it in folders/desktop, etc, The ICO's and Background Images don't work on the applications 'exe' (they do display fine when running the app in the Debugger).

• The background images simply don't work on the exe.

• The ICO's only display when viewing the app (in folder explorer or desktop) but the taskbar shows the default Visual Studio app icon (same when viewing the app in the task manager).

I tested the same background image and ICO in VS 2017 for C# and those work just fine upon creating/building the exe.

Thanks for your help. Love POSH Tools for quick setup / interface of all my Powershell scripts. So far, no major issues.

This has been resolved in the latest version of PoshTools. Please upgrade to the latest version. Thanks!
