I just purchased PowerShell ProTools and having problems activating the license in VStudio and Code

In Visual Studio, I go to Help, About PowerShell Pro Tools, enter License ... I enter the Code found in my Account website ( i did not receive an email with the code, nor instructions on how to install it, after two hours).

This is the error i get after entering the Code: poshtools-058d9231-93c78340-20db193e

License Error
Setting the license failed. Failed to check license status. Invalid license key.

Please send instruction on How to activate this product in VS and VS Code
