Add-PSSnapin doesn't work after compiling PS script to exe

Former user created an issue

When I execute the code in VS, everything works fine Add-PSSnapin Microsoft.Exchange.Management.PowerShell.E2010 However, the exe fails to call exchange commands...

Please help!
