Attaching the powershell Debug Engine Debugger to process errorr when starting

Hi,

Looking to purchase this and using the trial version right now. I did a full clean install on another machine VS Studio Community 2019 and also on mine I'm still getting the error when I press F5 or start.

Attaching the PowerShell Debug Engine debugger to process on... An error occurred that usually indicates a corrupt installation. etc etc.
