Attaching the powershell Debug Engine Debugger to process errorr when starting

Started getting this about a month after using the paid version regularly. I've completely rebuillt the system from the base image and the problem persists. Happens with old code that previously worked fine.

Even happens with new projects now. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling numerous times. Is the current version broken or something?

I lied - I fixed this. Had to fiddle with Powershell versions being used for debugging. Not sure why they got changed in the first place, but after changing them a few times stuff started working again.
