Merge-Script Parameters not used

Hello, It seems something changed with newer version of pro tools. With 1.2.1, i was able to merge-script a script with parameters at the beginning so it was possible to call the program with arguments, for example to show a how to use message: program.exe -help. It does not work anymore with 4.1.7.

I've identified and fixed the issue. I'll get a build out today.
