Simplify constraints

use velocity verlet instead of simple verlet vector functions do not malloc, instead make them accept a destination vector to put the results. accept the # of particles and coefficient of restitution from the command line make prints conditional to debug being set. we can run with 100000 particles just fine

use velocity verlet as the integrator (only in y for now). add ellastic colisions in the constraints. change from float[3] to Vect, a type for an R^3 vector. use more pointers.
